Sleep anyone?

This post is actaully for DH, not so much myself. He is having trouble sleeping and has been waking at 3:36 a.m. every morning for the past week, unable to sleep again for the rest of the night. Anyone have any ideas as to what we can do to solve this problem? We would appreciate any suggestions anyone could give us.

Go to the gym and poop yourself out, it works for me. I use to have innsomia for years and it helped to get a work out.
Even try running around the neighbourhood or walking if running if not your thing, whatever it takes.
