When we first moved here, I used to go to Costco with my friend Jane because I did not have a Costco card. She used to say (and the clerks do at the store) that the average Costco trip is $200. Why that is, I do not know.I have since gotten my own card, and Costco built a location only about 10 minutes from our house. This is good and bad, as now I can run there anytime to pick up a couple little somethings. On the other hand, I am there more often and see more things that I need. Like today, I went in for rice, coffee and Cold FX (awesome, awesome stuff! If you ever have a cold coming on, get it and take it according to directions!) and came out with a cart full.
I bought an Executive Membership today. Costs more, but I get 2% of all my purchases back. If I spend the average $200/trip I only need to make 1 trip to Costco each month to pay for the upgrade. I probably get to Costco a couple of times a month. It is definitely paid for.
The good thing though is that we use all the stuff we get from there, always. And with my new Modular Mates I now have storage and space to store everything! :)

I love Costco! I live about 15 mins away from ours here in Windsor and I can blow a lot of cash there. I love their book selection for the kids and have you ever tried their asian salad there? We just found it and we are lovin' it.
I am so glad to hear someone else uses Cold-FX. I use it daily as directed on the bottle and it works wonderfully, especially when you have sick kids around you all the time. I am a huge sale person on Cold-FX. It really works!
We love Costco, too! And although we have to drive an hour to get there, we know that when we do go, we will be coming out with more than we intended! We've tried sticking to our list but there's always new stuff there that we never knew we needed!!! :) I'm getting more and more interested in those Modular Mates...now if only I had the cupboard space...

The Modular Mates are all about making the most of the cupboard space that you have. They actually save space, rather than take it up.
