I just started reading Brittany's blog over at
4 little men and girly twins - you can probably figure out why I started reading. :) She does a random picture challenge and I decided to join in this time around.
The challenge this time is to go to your 2002 folder (or the oldest year you have) - and go to the 8th folder. For me this is 2006 as we only started putting htem in years after R was born, the 8th folder is "Shortcut to June". Then go to the 25th picture.
Here's the Roo-bear at 8 months. He was so roly poly at this stage - has the same cheeks that K has now. This was his very first hike with Daddy, out to the mountains - the following summer he became quite the backpack traveller as we tried to hike every weekend. This was also the first time that Mommy was in her house all alone for more than an hour or two since R was born (if I remember correctly). I love this picture, combines two of Daddy's greatest loves - R and spending time in the great outdoors.
